This new house is set into the sloping site to offer striking views of the Hudson River and Valley. In an
effort to create an energy efficient building, this project incorporated foam-in-place insulation,
salvaged and recycled materials, pre-engineered wood framing and radiant floor heating from a
geothermal heat system.
